How to Use the OOTDBuy Spreadsheet.

Browse categories, search for a product and open the matching listing. This guide explains how to use this spreadsheet site and confirm the exact size, color and seller option before continuing to purchase.

Browse a category or search for an item

Choose a category such as sneakers, hoodies or bags. If you know what you want, search for a model name, product type or color.

Category cards open the matching category page on this site. The search box opens product results in a new tab. Start with a few relevant items so they are easier to compare.

For a more focused search, combine a model or product type with the detail you care about, such as “grey zip hoodie” or a sneaker model and color. If the results are too broad, add one useful detail. If nothing relevant appears, try the product type without the extra wording.

Open the product details

Product cards show a name, photo and estimated price when available. A QC badge means quality check photos are listed for that product. It does not mean we have inspected the item.

Open the product page and check the size, color, quantity and original seller listing where available. A photo of one option may not represent every size or color.

Check how to buy the item

Review the buying options on the product page. If an OOTDBuy option is available, open it and confirm that the correct item, size and color have been selected.

If you use the original seller link instead, check that your buying agent accepts it. Product availability, restrictions and supported links can change, so confirm these before paying.

Keep the product link and the original seller link, if available, with your shortlist. After opening a buying option, compare the selected item with the original record rather than assuming the correct color or size carried over. If the option you want is missing, ask before paying.

Compare the total cost

Check the item price, delivery to the warehouse, any payment or service charges, international shipping and possible import charges. The USD prices on this site are estimates, so confirm the amount payable when ordering.

Consider the parcel size as well as the product price. A bulky item can be expensive to ship. See the shipping cost guide for a practical checklist.

Review the item before international shipping

When the item reaches the warehouse, compare its QC photos with the size, color and quantity you ordered. Request a clearer photo or measurement if something important is missing.

Resolve problems while a return or correction is still possible. Check the storage deadline and any return conditions, then review the packed weight, delivery details and final shipping quote.

A practical first-order walkthrough

Suppose you are comparing two hoodies. First open both product pages and confirm that the prices refer to comparable options. Save each size chart and compare the chest width and length with a hoodie you already wear. Note any missing measurement before choosing.

Check the buying option and total cost for the hoodie you prefer. After it reaches the warehouse, compare its QC photos with your selected size and color. If fit is still uncertain, request the specific measurement before arranging shipping. Keep the order reference with the saved listing so you can explain any difference.

  • Compare the exact option rather than the thumbnail alone.
  • Keep unresolved questions visible in your shortlist.
  • Recheck the selected option before paying.
  • Use warehouse photos and measurements to review the item actually received.
