OOTDBuy Dead Links: What to Check Before Paying

If a spreadsheet find still opens on OOTDBuy while its original seller listing has disappeared, pause and confirm the source before paying. A historical QCRadar test shows why reaching checkout is not enough to establish availability. The useful next step is to identify the exact item and get a specific answer about supply.

What QCRadar actually tested on 3 July 2026

QCRadar reports testing one confirmed-delisted 1688 listing, ID 988620310856. Its OOTDBuy result reached a payment page. The team stopped before payment, so the evidence concerns checkout behavior for that listing on that date.

The test does not establish that money was taken, that an unavailable order was fulfilled with a substitute, or that the same behavior remains today. It also does not measure how often this happens. We attribute the case to QCRadar rather than present it as a purchase made by this site.

Distinguish a missing source from a failed page load

Open the original seller link, then check the specific option you saved. A login screen, loading error or network restriction is unresolved evidence; it does not by itself prove the seller removed the item. An explicit unavailable listing or a seller’s stock confirmation is a different signal.

The source needs login or fails to loadResolve access or ask support to check it; mark availability unconfirmed.
The source says unavailable or the chosen option is missingAsk whether that exact option is obtainable from the original seller before paying.

Public QC photos can show examples associated with a product, but they do not confirm today’s stock or the condition of your future order. Check what QC photos establish.

Keep enough detail to recognize a changed offer

Save the source URL, seller identity, selected size or version, color, quantity, included accessories, displayed price and date. A replacement using the same thumbnail may have a different material or set of contents. Compare those fields before accepting it.

The official OOTDBuy custom-order form has separate fields for the product reference, specifications, quantity, price and domestic freight. Those fields provide a practical starting point for the information to send support. They are not proof that the source is live.

Illustrative enquiry, not a message we sent: “The original listing for [item and option] is unavailable. Can you obtain this exact option from the same seller? If you propose another source, please send its link, specification, current price and domestic freight before I approve the change.”

If you have already paid

Find the affected order, save its status and contact support promptly. Ask whether purchasing has occurred, which seller and option are recorded, and which cancellation or after-sales action is available for that stage. The official after-sales instructions describe a process that depends on the order status.

If a refund is offered, request an itemized breakdown, its destination and the next action. Account-balance credit and withdrawal to a payment account are separate matters; do not assume one completed status establishes both.

Prepare a cancellation or refund request. Keep the order number, source reference, payment record and support reply together. This checklist does not promise eligibility or a refund date.

Confirm the full offer before returning to checkout

Once the source and option are resolved, compare the final quote with the confirmed item record. The current official fee notice includes service fees within foreign-currency goods and shipping quotations, so avoid adding the same fee again to an inclusive total.

Review the payable cost once the actual offer is clear. Compare the selected item, domestic freight and included services before returning to checkout.
